Define
The Define Phase is the initial Phase of the Project build. It allows the User to provide the parameters that the Project will be governed by. These parameters allow Completions Logic to understand how the Project is structured and begin to work for you by aiding the next step, automating logically.
Build
The Build Phase is the second Phase of the Project build and provides access to the Populate menu. Allowing for mass population easily and efficiently through excel Imports. Data validation is ‘disengaged’ at this stage to ensure mass data population without being hamstrung by unknown information at this stage of the project.
Execute
The Execute Phase is the third and final Phase of the Project and requires Validation to ensure all required data is populated to comply with the minimum required fields. The Project timeline will guide this process with helpful prompts detailing the data required. Once ‘Move into Execute is Green you're able to progress with your Live CCMS.
